About Us
Fine Acts is a global nonprofit creative studio for social impact. We believe that another world is possible – and work across issues, geographies, disciplines, and art mediums, to create change in joyful ways:
We devise creative campaigns and art actions that raise awareness, trigger action, and foster greater support for human rights and environmental issues.
We work around the world. In 2023 alone, we worked in 19 countries – USA, Guatemala, Colombia, South Africa, Iceland, Germany, Italy, Spain, France, Bulgaria, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Iraq, Kuwait, Dubai, South Korea, China, India.
All our work – from public art interventions, through videos, installations, books, board games and illustrations, to platforms and experimental formats – is soaring in imagination while anchored in hope.
We operate at the intersections of advocacy, art, tech, and science, and practice playtivism – creating various multidisciplinary spaces for play and experimentation in activism.
We also work to support and empower organizations across the globe through trainings, open resources, and tailored creative work.
In 2023, our core work and main projects were supported by the Open Society Foundations, the Sigrid Rausing Trust, the Ford Foundation, the National Endowment for Democracy, and the Active Citizens Fund.
